  • Job Description

    Well-known Telecommunication company in Japan that provides comprehensive global and local communication services to clients by tailoring services according to the characteristics of each region.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Build and grow relationships with assigned customers and drive a high level customer satisfaction, successful product/services use
    - Manage all post-sales activity of customers through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, planning and execution
    - Increase customer retention by conducting regular check-in calls for tactical items, and performing strategic business reviews for alignment of objectives and outcomes
    - Serves as point of contact for customers, understand customer success criteria, address questions, resolve issues
    - Maintain an overview understanding of the product and speak to customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs
    - Ensure all the required documents are prepared by delivery team (post sales) to operation team (maintenance team)
    - Work closely with the Sales and Professional Services teams to share customer insights that inform additional product and service sales opportunities
    - Function as the customer advocate and provide internal feedback on how we can better serve customers

  • Requirement

    【 What they are looking for 】
    - Possess Bachelor Degree/Diploma in any field
    - Possesses relevant vendor's certification (Customer Success Manager, PMP, ITIL or other that relevant)
    - Experience in IT Presales, Post sales and Consulting
    - Ability to establish and manage processes and practices through collaboration and the understanding of business
    - Proficiency with MS Office and Project
    - A strong business, processes and commercial oriented mindset and with a supporting strategic thinking ability
    - Good understanding of network, cloud and system technologies and applications
    - Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
    - Able to join immediately or short notice is highly preferred!

    8:30 ~ 17:30
