現在のMD補佐として幅広い分野に関わる事ができるやりがいのあるお仕事となり、
将来的にはMDに代わって150名規模の組織全体のマネジメントを行って頂きます。
【主な業務内容】
- MDや日本本社のサポート業務、および各事業部やローカル社員への業務指示や経営戦略の落とし込み
- 会社全体の運営管理と効率改善、利益最大化の実現
- 組織が効率よく安全に機能する基盤やしくみづくり、新たなビジネス戦略の立案、実行
- 売上管理、コスト管理、マーケティング企画立案、人材育成と管理部門のマネジメント全般
- その他、アドホック業務、リスク管理、社内システム対応、ならびにインシデント管理/対応Requirement
【求められる人物像】
- 4年制大学あるいは大学院を卒業されている方
- 15年以上の物流・商社での経営管理のご経験をお持ちの方
- 財務・経営企画などの実務経験をお持ちの方 (PL/BSが読める方)
- 150名規模の組織マネジメントのご経験がある方尚可
- 英語ビジネスレベルをお持ちの方(ベンダーやクライアント、ローカル社員とのコミュニケーションに必要なため)Working Hour
