    The role as the Sales Manager is to act as a leader in the RA Team (Recruitment Advisor). The incumbent will be the main point of contact for our corporate clients.
    Reporting directly to the Branch Manager

    【 What you will be doing 】
    ‐ Provide leadership, management and guidance to an experience team of consultants
    ‐ Identify potential sales opportunities & generate new business for the company
    ‐ Develop and implement effective strategies to boost sales
    ‐ Responsible for ensuring team productivity to achieve monthly and yearly sales target
    ‐ Motivate and drive the sales team to achieve the relevant KPIs
    ‐ Suggest effective and sound ways to improve productivity and performance in order to achieve organizational objectives
    ‐ Lead the team effectively to achieve established sales growth objectives and evaluate the performance of the sales team on their contribution in achieving objectives
    ‐ Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide effective solutions and advice on sourcing the right talent
    ‐ Advertise and search for candidates, proactive sourcing of quality candidates through various job portals
    ‐ Proactive selling and negotiation on multiple levels
    ‐ Work closely with counterparts for client-candidate interview arrangements, offer negotiating, contract signing and on-boarding

  • Requirement

    【 What they are looking for 】
    - Diploma/Bachelor Degree, in any major
    - At least 3 years’ experience in Recruitment industry, with proven track record
    - Management/Supervisory experience
    - Experience working in Japanese company will be an added advantage
    - Possess CEI Certification (Basic) is highly preferred! (Must be willing to take the certification before/within probation of joining)
    - Fluent in Japanese language (min JLPT N1) to communicate smoothly with Japanese Clients and counterparts
