• Job Description

  Our client is a large global manufacturer and supplier of automotive products and they are currently looking for a Firmware Design Engineer.
  
  【What you will be working on】
  - Create firmware functional specifications by understanding product and system requirements.
  - Create high-level and detailed firmware design specifications for products.
  - Develop codes for product firmware, module firmware tests, and inspection firmware.
  - Conduct design and code reviews to obtain design approvals.
  - Analyze, debug and fix firmware bugs with the emulator, reference board, and prototype board.
  - Create documentation for design know-how, procedures, and development process output.
  - Study and apply design methodology, processes, procedures & tools defined by the team.
  - Conduct continuous improvements to increase design productivity.
  - Coach and guide juniors on design and test-related tasks.
  - Support to research, benchmark, and get approval to purchase tools.
  - Support to prepare drawings for product prototype and mass production.
