  • Job Description

    Our client is an IT company that provides various services based on their clients' needs such as helpdesk or office support. They are currently looking for candidates to apply for the IT Helpdesk Support role, who will be required to work at the clients' worksite.

    【What will you be working on】
    - Handle installation, troubleshooting, and fixing of desktop/laptop issues.
    - Provide support to Windows 10 and Windows 7.
    - Lift and move computer equipment when required.
    - Support logistic, stock take, and movement.
    - Other IT ad hoc duties as requested by the superior.
    - Configuration and migration for the company, size of 1 to 900 people.

  • Requirement

    【What they're looking for】
    - At least 1-2 years of experience in IT desktop support is preferred (excluding internship experience).
    - Nitec/Diploma in IT or a computer-related field is advantageous.
    - Knowledgeable of PC, desktop and laptop products (primarily in IT desktop support).

  • Working Hour

    8;30 ~ 17:30
