  • Job Description

    Our client is a leading blockchain technology firm and they are looking for a Customer Service Manager to manage and lead their team. This role requires the incumbent to effectively deal with problems related to in-house products (problem analysis/reporting, following up on issues and queries, dissemination of relevant information within CS, and escalation).

    【What you will be working on】
    - Handle batch delivery of emails to users and other batch processing.
    - Prepare proposals and implementations of operational efficiency, quality improvement, user increase and usage continuation rate improvement.
    - Prepare improvement proposals to the technical team and marketing team management based on analysis.
    - Manage CS operations and CS staff in Japan and overseas.

  • Requirement

    【What they're looking for】
    - Minimum 5 years of work experience in customer service of a company that provides IT application software.
    - Minimum 2 years of SV experience in customer service of a company that provides IT application software.
    - In-depth data analysis skills and experience in improving products.
    - Ability to speak Japanese at a business level (to liaise with Japanese speaking clients and internal communication) is an advantage.
    - Knowledge in Blockchain is an advantage.
