  • Job Description

    Our client is a Japanese logistics company that provides comprehensive distribution services: air and ocean cargo freight, regional land transportation including cross-border transportation in Asia, warehousing, moving services, and travel services.

    【What will you be working on】
    - Main person in charge of handling perishable shipments
    - Manage internal and external customers for the movement of import shipments
    - Follow up on urgent shipments pro-actively
    - Liaise effectively with different level of stakeholders like Warehouse/Operations/Billing/Sales
    - Ensure that customers' expectations are being met and mapped in SOP
    - Regular Business Review with Customers – MBR or QBR
    - Perform ad hoc tasks

  • Requirement

    【What they're looking for】
    - Minimum Nitec or relevant certification
    - At least 1 year of experience in logistics/sales support
    - Good customer service coordination skills
    - Able to communicate in Japanese to liaise with Japanese counterparts
    - Comfortable to work on alternate Saturdays
