    Our client is a social network MNC. The role of a Client Service Associate is to support advertising customers and deliver consultative support. You will directly report to the Team Leader.

    Working hours: 5 days work week, inclusive of weekends and Public Holidays.
    Work schedule will be on a rostering basis; planned schedule anytime from 7.00am to 9.30pm.

    【What will you be working on】
    - Provide post-sales customer service support/troubleshooting support through email/phone/chat to the client's B2B customers.
    - Perform data analysis to improve advertising customer experience.
    - Gather client and partner feedback to enhance ad products and customers' experience.
    - Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System.

  • Requirement

    【What they're looking for】
    - Minimum Diploma qualification; a media-related or marketing major will be an added advantage.
    - Preferably with 2 years of working experience in a related field.
    - Ability to speak English & Korean to liaise with counterparts from Korea.
    - Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply.
