  • Job Description

    Our client is a Japanese automotive manufacturing company. The incumbent will be in charge of Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar, and will be reporting to the Department Head.

    【What you will be working on】
    - Verify and process monthly staff payroll, claims and other payments
    - Coordinate staff related activities (eg. Annual Health Screening, insurance applications)
    - Coordinate expat staff-related matters with offices in Japan, Singapore, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar
    - Support in HR policies, systems, and processes review
    - Support in HR monthly and yearly budget
    - Support in the development of L&D programmes
    - Support Management in ad hoc HR and related projects

  • Requirement

    【What we're looking for】
    - Working experience in Human Resources or a similarly relevant role
    - Experience in Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development
    - Able to communicate in Japanese (minimum JLPT N2) in order to liaise with Japanese counterparts

  • Working Hour

    9:00 ~ 18:00
