Our client is a Japanese Chemical Trading firm. The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients to maximize sales in the ASEAN Region. You'll be reporting to the General Manager.

【What you will be working on】
・Develop new business
・Coordinate and work closely with suppliers and customers
・Coordinatie and work closely with the logistics team, admin team, and any other team in the office
・Follow up and collection of outstanding payments
・Maintain strong relationship with suppliers and customers
・Entertain suppliers and customers from Japan
・Visit customers or suppliers on daily basis, collect information and report
・Prepare Monthly Sales Report, and update Forecast every month
・Prepare and Issue quotations
・Issue POs to suppliers
・Issue Forecasts to Suppliers
・Customer Forecast Control
・Make Sales Budget
・Price negotiations with suppliers and customers
・Report to management daily
・Monitor daily sales operations (e.g. delivery status, inventory and inquiry from customers)
【What they're looking for】
・Minimim 2 years of Sales Experience in the chemical industry or relevant.
・Posses experience of Export & Import sales business
・Able to speak business level Japanese (JLPT N2 and above) to liaise with Japan HQ.
・Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint).
・Familiar with business incoterms.
・Able to travel frequently (ASEAN Region).
