General Affair/Admin, Sales Coordinator
Our client is a Japanese leasing company with a strong network in Asia. The role of the Admin Assistant is to support Account Managers who are working on car leasing sales.
· Team: 10 members (3 Account Managers, 6 Admin)
· Reporting to Head of Car Finance Loan
【What you will be working on】
- Provide full support to Account Managers
- Liaise with Car Dealers and Hirers for Car financing matter
- Process and Input data-entry for Loan Applications
- Credit management for Car Finance, etc.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
<What they are looking for>
- Minimum GCE “O” level and above, the Accounting major would be advantageous.
- Min 1 year of Admin Experience in Bank/Leasing industry
- Job hopper won't be considered.
- Able to work under pressure, multi-task and independent
- Positive attitude with pleasant personality
- Knowledge or experience on car/leasing industry is an added advantage
