    Our client is a Japanese automotive manufacturing MNC. As a Human Resource Business Partner, the incumbent will work under the Finance & Administration Department. You will be handling several regional branches together with the team lead. You will be reporting to the Director.

    【What you will be working on】
    - Verify and process monthly staff payroll, claims and other payments
    - Coordinate staff related activities (eg. Annual Health Screening, insurance applications)
    - Coordinate expat staff related matters with offices in Japan, Singapore, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar
    - Support in HR policies, systems and processes review
    - Support in HR monthly and yearly budget
    - Support Management in ad hoc HR and related projects

  • Requirement

    【What we're looking for】
    - Bachelor Degree
    - Japanese Language Proficiency (minimum JLPT N1) in order to liaise with Japanese counterparts
    - At least 3 years of HR experience

  • Working Hour

    9:00 ~ 18:00
