  • Job Description

    Our Client is a Japanese restaurant chain and they are looking for several candidates for their new outlet in Singapore. You will be required to assist in daily operation tasks during your assigned shift to a consistently high standard. You'll be reporting to the respective manager.

    The following positions are open:
    - Kitchen cum Service Crew
    - Section Leader
    - Assistant Manager
    - Manager

    Please note that you will be assigned to one of the company's outlets located across Singapore.

    [Working Hours]
    - Store opening hours: 11am-10pm
    - Working time: 9 hours per day (8 hours work + 1 hour break, opening and closing)
    - Shift work: 6 days/week, 44 hours/week
    - Specific time schedule will be arranged by the Area Manager
    - OT and work on the weekends is required

    【What will you be working on】
    - Ensure maximum guest’s satisfaction pertaining to food and services.
    - Manage the restaurant to meet or exceed standards in food quality, safety and cleanliness.
    - Handle all outlet administrative duties and submit all necessary records and paperwork to the corporate office on time.
    - Plan staff work schedule, conduct staff training, monitor staff performance and conduct performance evaluation.
    - Enforce discipline and ensure proper conduct of all staff whereby create a high level of morale among the staff in outlets.
    - Responsible for the recruitment, development and retention of staff in the outlet.
    - Conduct monthly stock checks of all inventories.
    - Perform any other duties as assigned by the Area Manager.

  • Requirement

    - Food & Hygiene certified
    - Willing to work shifts, (potentially) long hours, weekends and public holidays
    - Possess a great personality – Proactive, Patience, Humble and Eager to learn
    - Can-do attitude, driven, passionate about work and a team player
    - Strong leadership quality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    - Able to multi-task and work under pressure
    - Comfortable to work in a non-halal environment
    - Experience working in a Japanese restaurant is advantageous
