We're one of the biggest Japanese Trading Firms and looking for a talented Senior HR Coordinator/ HR Executive to join our organization. You will be assigned to the Learning and Development team.
・Responsible for administering of Learning & Developmment function
・Supporting training activities from programme management, registration/withdrawals, application of learning grants, billing matters, claims, programme settlement, attendance marking, processing of invoice, etc.
・Support Recruitment related activities: Interview Arrangement, On-boarding arrangements for newcomers, etc
・Process payment and maintain L&D team's budget records
・Sourcing and Evaluating training vendors and making recommendation to the L&D Manager
・Consolidating evaluation results and making suitable recommendation
・Assisting in planning and organizing of various training programme
・Updating and reviewing the L&D Policy as and when required
・Support any other ad hoc department projects
・Min Diploma and above in Human Resource or equivalent
・At least 2 years experience in Learning & Development function
・Excellence communication and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of staff
・Good team player with ability to multi-task
・Meticulous in organizing workload and managing the details.
・Demonstrated ability working with confidential data
・Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
・Motivated individual who is passionate in improving the processes and effectiveness of HR.
・Comfortable in public speaking
