  • Job Description

    Well-established Japanese firm that focus on imports, exports, and markets semiconductors and communication and electronic equipment.
    Aims to become an electronics trading company that succeeds around the world, leveraging its global network and further enhancing its strengths in "technology, quality and functionality."

    [Responsibilities]
    ・Retrieve Customer PO (EDI/WEB) OR E-MAIL
    ・Proper filing of customer PO.
    ・Follow-up on Delivery reply for the new PO to customer
    ・To plan the delivery schedule of shipment.
    ・Check and reply delivery schedule to customer on their weekly outstanding report.
    ・Respond to all customer's enquiries or reschedule timely.
    ・Submit Reschedule REQ to Buyer/PM based on customer re-schedule report.
    ・Tally customer & backlog & resolve the discrepancy with customer if there is any.
    ・Checking incoming cargo and consolidate the shipment to customer.
    ・Prepare shipping documents - DO , Invoices & Delivery Order before cut off time.
    ・Liaise with sub-contractor warehouse for the inventory & packing details.
    ・Liaise with Local Delivery man for delivery to customer appointed warehouse in Singapore.
    ・Liaise with forwarder for shipment booking to oversea customers.
    ・Provide customer shipping documents upon shipment arranged.
    ・Follow-up with local delivery man/forwarder/Sub-contractor warehouse for the return of acknowledgment Delivery order.
    ・Proper filing of complete set of Proper shipping documents by next following mth after shipment completed.
    ・Mail out invoice on time.
    ・Follow-up of Export Permit with forwarder
    ・Liaise with Finance department for release of credit for shipment & any invoices discrepancy.

  • Requirement

    - Min Diploma and above
    - At least 2 years working experience in Electronic/Semiconductor/Machine product or Trading firm dealing with Electric product
    - Experience as Sales Coordinator/Shipping Coordinator is added advantage
    - Excellent Communication skill

  • Working Hour

    9:00 ~ 17:45
