  • Job Description

    Main Responsibilities
    ・Provide full administrative support
    ・Provide full for support IT-related matters
    ・Handle emails, letters, collate reports and presentations
    ・Coordinating office management related activities
    ・Help in preparing documents and reports for Management
    ・Arrange meetings/appointments
    ・Coordinate staff meeting and prepare minutes
    ・MOM related matters – WPOL / EP Online / OFWAS / Levy / iSubmit
    ・Recruitment / Orientation / Appraisal / Exit
    ・Manpower forecasting
    ・Prepare and conduct training and development programs
    ・Review and draft and implement HR policies and procedures, initiatives and processes
    ・Renewal of internal contracts with service providers
    ・Organise cooperate events
    ・Any other ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned

  • Requirement

    ・Able to speak Business level Japanese (JLPT N2) to communicate with Japanese clients.

    ・Keen learner, Self-driven, and able to work independently
    ・Able to multi-task & work under stress
    ・Communicate in both English and Mandarin effectively (in order to liaise with the English &
    Mandarin-speaking associates)
    ・Strong interpersonal skills
    ・Excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
    ・A positive attitude to continued learning

    8:30 ~ 6:00
