  • Job Description

    -Managing staff records and leave balances
    -Office house keeping
    -Maintaining the plants in the office
    -Liaising with suppliers
    -Preparing of weekly payments
    -Preparing of documents for payroll processing
    -On-boarding and off-boarding of staff
    -Hiring of new staff
    -Answering inquiries from external parties
    *Inspection work at the store (CLOSET)

  • Requirement

    -Japanese skill N3 above to communicate with Japanese Colleague
    -At least 1 year of Admin/HR Experience/Fashion Apparel Experience

  • Working Hour

    9:00 ~ 18:00
