  • Job Description

    · Ensure cargo transportation as per contact with efficient turnaround of vessel
    · Efficient stowage plan to optimize tank utilization, compliance of regulations and procedure for vessel’s safe operation, compliance of statutory regulations and coordination with chartering
    · Prepare monthly, yearly and any other periodical result when required
    · Coordinate voyage planning
    · Prepare and forward voyage instruction to vessel
    · Appoint agent and coordinate to ensure smooth turnaround
    · Arrange and Instruct cargo release
    · Ensure sufficient bunker on board
    · Input operational data in C/B
    · Monitor vessel performance and feedback to superiors
    · Maintain close relationship with Charterers and Brokers
    · Coordinate with vessel master / manager in the event of a marine incident
    · Report and coordinate claims but not limited to cargo shortage/contamination
    · Conduct vessel visit to improve rapport with officer/crew and feedback observation on board

  • Requirement

    - Singaporean
    - Minimum Diploma (with maritime preferred)
    *1 to 2 years chemical tanker operations experience,
    but not from broker house as their job scope is more on Post fixture side and therefore not directly relevant
    *They are able to consider candidates with “bulk carrier” operations

  • Working Hour

    9:00 ~ 17:30

  • Benefit

    -AL 16 days. (Increase one day every year. Max 19 days)
    -1 month AWS
    -Variable bonus depending on company & Individual performance (1 - 2 months)
    -Staff can claim from any registered medical practitioner including registered TCMs (excluding maternity and optical).
    -Medical cost for outpatient fee: S$800 per year for staff
    (S$400 per year for Spouse (non-working) S$400 per year for Child (max 3 children) )
    -Dental cost : S$500 - per year per Staff
    (S$300 - per year for Spouse (non-working) S$300 - per year for Child (max 3 children) )
    -Staff will be covered under the Company insurance (including personal accident/ hospitalization & surgical)
