  • Job Description

    ・Oversee the HR functions and ensure daily operations are carried out efficiently and effectively
    ・Lead, supervise and grow the Human Resources team in reviewing and implementing Human Resources strategies, systems and initiatives to keep pace with changing times to be in alignment with the Company's business strategies and goals and to devise ways to streamline processes
    ・Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital and ensure smooth and adequate flow information within the company to facilitate other business operations
    ・Conduct company annual Employee Satisfaction Survey and complete other external related employee surveys
    ・Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
    ・Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments Oversee and facilitate Company annual events (Dinner & Dance, Team building etc.)
    ・Oversee Monthly payroll run, CPF submissions and any other payroll related claims
    ・Conduct Performance Management and Talent Succession Planning
    ・Implement and maintain an effective performance appraisal system to motivate and recognize employees' performance and contribution
    ・Develop and constantly improve the compensation and benefits structure in accordance with
    local market standards (e.g. Annual salary review, variable bonus, insurance)
    ・Develop, implement, review and update Company/HR Policies
    ・Ensure that the Company and HR policies comply with all Singapore Legislation
    ・Manage and Implement effective strategies in the recruitment, development and retention of talents
    ・Develop, facilitate and monitor Training & Development plans
    ・Establish excellent working relationship with all employees and nurture a positive working environment
    ・Manage schedules and deadlines

    General Administration (GA):
    ・Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of the GA function, which includes expatriate management (work pass application, accommodation, company car, and taxation)
    ・Office lease renewal
    ・Building and office maintenance (liaise with building management office)
    ・Contract Renewals
    ・Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
    ・Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians)
    ・Supervise other office activities (e.g. renovations, office shifting etc.)

  • Requirement

    Singaporean only
    ・Bachelor's degree in Human resources or related field
    ・At least 10 years in HR and/or General Affairs
    ・Must have HR or General Affairs experience in a Japanese company to bridge Japanese business culture and Singapore working style
    ・Have knowledge or hands-on experience of Payroll
    ・Good all-rounder

    ・Knowledgeable and understand operations in HR and General Administration.
    ・Strong knowledge of Singapore Legislation (MOM, CPF, IRAS etc.)

    ・Microsoft Office

    ・Experience in the Japanese manufacturing industry, especially in Regional HQ operations preferred
    ・Basic finance/accounting knowledge and experience in diverse departmental functions will be an advantage
    ・Working language in Japanese for communication with native Japan HQ.

  • Working Hour

    09:00 ~ 18:00
