  • Job Description

    ■ Providing technical support for the I.T services products (Interactive White Board, projectors, etc)
    a) Preparation of new product launching
    - Gather information of the new product
    - Attend technical training by headquarters
    - Prepare and conduct new product technical training
    b) Field support (for Subsidiaries & Distributors)
    - Distribution of technical information
    - Analyse and solve reported problem/enquiries from subsidiaries
    - Analyse service indicators reported from subsidiaries

    ■ Requesting/reporting to headquarters
    - Request headquarters to help solve problems reported from the field
    - Report technical information which is related to the software
    - Connect to headquarters for product and support improvement

    ■ Internal process and system improvement
    - Review internal process/system and take action for improvement
    - Suggest improvement to internal process and system

  • Requirement

    - Min Diploma in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
    - At least three years of experiences in networking products (Office equipment)
    support or IT services support preferable in the same industry
    - Good knowledge in MCSA/Linux or its equivalent
    - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    - Self-initiative and able to work as a team

  • Working Hour

    8:30am ~ 5:30pm
