  • Job Description

    Main HR Functions: Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Welfare

    -Put in proper HR records which was not kept in place –
    -Re-organisation of company’s Organisation Chart after gathering and reviewing everyone’s job scope and qualification
    -Compare existing payroll to industrial benchmarks –
    -Staff welfare - ordering of pantry supplies and work with Recreation Club on staff welfare activities –
    -Administrator for all company’s email accounts (individual and group emails) –
    -Migration of google drive to Team drive –
    -Ad-hoc administrative requests as per assigned
    -Liaising with recruitment firms on hiring needs within the company –
    -Monthly payroll run, CPF submissions and any other payroll related claims –
    -Suggest HR policies and assist with implementation –

  • Requirement

    -Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management
    -At least 3 years of experience in HR
    -Independent and forward-thinking so that any issues can be highlighted prior to implement of new policy.
    -Meticulous, able to pick up and highlight inconsistencies in company’s policies
    -Able to fit into company culture and communicate across different levels of staff
