  • Job Description

    <Basic Duties>

    ・Coordinate closely with OP team to ensure on time shipment of customer orders
    ・Handle and attend customer’s enquiry and complaints patiently
    ・Review and set up special price for management approval
    ・Maintain good rapport and ensure good customer service with customers
    ・Visit customers and markets periodically to understand market condition and problems
    ・Devise suitable sales plan and strategy for the respective markets
    ・Achieve sales target for company products
    ・Develop new/suitable marketing POPs, awareness posters and program for company products
    ・Marketing efforts and sales activities to expand and strengthen sales in the Middle-East
    ・Develops and/or maintains and improves business relations with all customers of the company.
    ・Conduct market research, analysis and formulation of suitable sales and marketing plan.
    ・Conduct Area/Product Marketing activities to improve area and regional sales
    ・Conduct Sales and training to Parts/Service staffs & customers
    ・Work closely with OP team to achieve sales target and ensure higher allocation ratio to customers
    ・Participate in Service and 3S campaigns to understand market conditions
    ・Set up and maintain customer’s, PSI
    ・Keep up to date with market trends, data and utilising information for business improvement

    ・Conduct in-dept study & develop effective sales/marketing strategy for Middle-East market
    ・Conduct price survey & enhance product awareness & positioning for Middle-East market

    <Position Purpose>
    ・Work closely with distributors to enhance market penetration ratio for company product sales
    ・Work closely with OP to ensure on time shipment to customers & end users
    ・Set up sales plan and strategy for markets and achieve sales target

  • Requirement

    ・min Diploma Holder in any filed.
    ・At least 3 years of experience in sales or SCM related field
    ・Knowledge in sales and marketing, SCM management.
    ・Able to go for business trips to S.E.A countries ( 1-3 times/month )

    Interpersonal and Social Skills:
    ・Able to work and communicate as a team
    ・Customer oriented and pro-active

    Computer Skills: Basic Microsoft words and excel
    Language Skills: English and Mandarin to liaise with native Chinese clients
    Other Requirements: SCM knowledge

  • Working Hour

    09:00 ~ 18:00
