    Your Opportunity
    As an Account Executive, you will work closely with the Account Manager of the department to achieve their targets, drive sales, increase brand awareness.
    The Account Executive is a member of the Asia Pacific sales team, and reports to the Managing Director.
    Your primary tasks and responsibilities in this role will be:

     Support Account Manager with general administrative tasks using our company Systems;
     Create and submit quotations to Account Managers/customers in timely manner
     Submit availability check requests and process orders
     Manage the correspondences between Account Manager and customers
     Answer sales queries including phone and email communication
     Follow up on issues between Account Manager and customers
     Work closely with Account Manager in pre/post sales planning.
     Support the regional sales plan for all our company's services, identifying and closing new
    opportunities; 
     Understand and articulate our company’s positioning, strategy and internet approach; 
     Maintain a sales funnel report and quarterly sales forecasts.

  • Requirement

     Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
     Completed higher education;  
     JLPT N2 for communicating with native Japanese and looking after Japan Market.
     Customer focused and strong communication skills; 
     Focus on continuous learning; 
     In-depth knowledge of competition and ability to apply competing successful strategies; 
     Proactive, excellent team player and customer focused;
