Sales (Existing Client)
As an Account Executive, you will work closely with the Account Manager of the department to achieve their targets, drive sales, increase brand awareness.
The Account Executive is a member of the Asia Pacific sales team, and reports to the Managing Director.
Your primary tasks and responsibilities in this role will be:
Support Account Manager with general administrative tasks using our company Systems;
Create and submit quotations to Account Managers/customers in timely manner
Submit availability check requests and process orders
Manage the correspondences between Account Manager and customers
Answer sales queries including phone and email communication
Follow up on issues between Account Manager and customers
Work closely with Account Manager in pre/post sales planning.
Support the regional sales plan for all our company's services, identifying and closing new
Understand and articulate our company’s positioning, strategy and internet approach;
Maintain a sales funnel report and quarterly sales forecasts.
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
Completed higher education;
JLPT N2 for communicating with native Japanese and looking after Japan Market.
Customer focused and strong communication skills;
Focus on continuous learning;
In-depth knowledge of competition and ability to apply competing successful strategies;
Proactive, excellent team player and customer focused;
9:00 ~ 18:00
