  • Job Description

    - Perform full HR spectrum including development of policies, talent management, negotiation of employee remuneration package, employee relations etc
    - Coordinate and liaise with hiring units on staffing requirements such as recruitment, terminations, transfers, redeployment, and manpower budgeting
    - Source for recruitment agencies for partnership on recruitment needs
    - Manage group insurance renewal, health screening and employee benefits scheme
    - Manage expatriate's status such as Visa application / renew, housing arrangement etc
    - Guide employees in matters related to career development, employee relations, workplace ethics and performance management
    - Any other administrative duties
    - Any ad-hoc duties assigned

  • Requirement

    - Singaporean
    - Chinese speaker would prefer to communicate with colleagues
    - Who possesses HR certificate as this position has to review compensation, benefits etc
    - Salary benchmark analysis experience
    - Min 2-3 years of experience in Full-set HR with hands-on experience
    - Must be flexible about the job scope
    - Experience working in a Japanese firm will be a big advantage. Good knowledge of Japanese working culture
    - If candidates do not have Full-set HR experience, working experience in a Japanese company is a must

    8:10 ~ 17:10
