  • Job Description

    • Handle operation for import or export shipment and prepare necessary documentations
    • Monitor shipment and ensure receipt of shipping documents.
    • Issue work order to external and internal contractors
    • Verify billings from shipping line and contractor invoice
    • Handle any other ad-hoc / administrative duties

  • Requirement

    • At least Secondary “O”level , NITEC education level
    • Required skills: MS office
    • 1-2 years relevant experience in freight forwarding company will be advantage
    • Ability to work independently in fast pace environment
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to function as a team player
    • Able to commit OT as and when require
    • Non-experienced candidates are welcome to apply

  • Working Hour

    9am ~ 5.30pm

  • Benefit

    Monday ~ Friday: 9am - 6.30pm
    Variable Bonus
    AL(10 days), ML(14 days)
    Medical Insurance (up to 750SGD/per a year)
