General Affair/Admin, Secretary
- Managing President matters
- Claim (expenses, insurance, bills,medical)
- Travel arrangement (visa, hotel, air ticket)
- General Admin role - managing and purchasing office supplies, pantry, etc.
- Handle and managing contracts (office equipment, expatriate’s housing, car rental and etc)
- Liaise with corporate secretary for employment pass, financial closing.
- HR administration such as hiring, payroll, CPF, leave record, income tax (IR8A), etc.
- Handle and managing accounts administration such filing of expenses and liaise with accounting firm
- With secretarial experience and HR knowledge (CPF, IRA, ACRA, etc)
- Professional Certificate, or Diploma in any discipline.
- Good command of English language.
- Preferably with working experiences in similar role.
9:00 ~ 18:00
- Contract 2 years (renewable- all employee is contract renewable , no difference with permanent)
