  • Job Description

    -Coordinate between Singapore/Overseas suppliers and Japan HQ Procurement Department for aero-engine operations’ order
    -Prepare & issue purchase order and other documents upon approval from HQ
    -Build and maintain a good relationship with Singapore/Overseas suppliers
    -Check the actual repairing schedule of suppliers’ factory via email and phone conversations
    -Other ad-hoc task as assigned by superior

  • Requirement

    ☆Min GCE A-Level or Diploma in any field
    ☆Min JLPT N2 is required to liaise with Japanese counterparts
    ☆3-5 years of administrative or relevant working experience is preferred.
    -Able to work independently as well as an effective team player, possess good interpersonal skill, positive working attitude, energetic and proactive
    -Able to start work within short notice

  • Working Hour

    8:30 ~ 17:30

  • Benefit

    -Variable Bonus
    -AL: Starting with 14 days in first year, 20 days in second year.
    -Company Holiday: Additional 9 days.
    -ML: 14 days
    -Hospitalisation Leave: 60 days
    -Medical Benefits: $1000 per year
