  • Job Description

    We are looking for talented and dynamic professionals to join us for the following position.

    【Customer Service 】
    - Prepare quotations and process purchase orders from customers
    - Handle and assist customers on their sales enquiries via emails and phone calls
    - Process claims arising from shipment delays, defective items, wrong pricing, etc.
    - Rectify part number errors, request lead time changes to suppliers
    - Liaise with Sales Team and Shipping Team on customers’ orders

    【Purchase Operating Control 】
    - Prepare Request for Quotation (RFQ) and generate Purchase Orders (PO) to suppliers.
    - Check inventory allocation status and on PO.
    - Liaise with internal Customer Service Team and Business Development Team on stock availability.
    - Check lead-time, expedite deliveries by suppliers and update system in a timely manner.
    - Communicate delays and delivery changes to internal Customer Service Team and Shipping & Logistic Team.
    - Liaise with various parties on cancellation, lead time and expedite request.

    【Others 】
    - Assisting the supervisor with daily operation / activities.
    - Provides guidance to junior team members.
    - Detail-oriented and high accuracy in order processing

    【Working time 】
    Monday to Friday : 8:00am~5:00pm or 9:00am~6:00pm (rotation basis) ,
    They have OT.

    Saturday/PH/Sun*: 9:00am to 3:00pm
    (scheduled by supervisor based on duty roster.)
    (Once to twice a month but depends on the schedule assigned.)
    ★ Saturday Duty allowance of $120 and $160 for PH/Sun

    (Additional information )
    - No fixed seating arrangement (similar to Call Centre/Service Centre setting), depending on the duty assigned
    - Training will be provided

  • Requirement

    - Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
    - Managing junior staff members experience is MUST
    - Service-oriented mindset, self-motivated attitude and excellent customer service skills
    - Taking initiative, being a team player and ability to work with minimum supervision
    - Detail-oriented and high accuracy in order processing
    - Fast worker, able to multi-task and handled workload in a high volume and fast pace environment
    - Average required to process 50 QTs/SOs per day and on each QT/SO has
    on average 20 line items
    - Various cut-off timings per day
    - Meticulous and organized
    - Proficient in MS Office
    - Immediate availability will be an added advantage

  • Working Hour

    9:00 ~ 18:00

  • Benefit

    - Annual Leave – 16 days (max. 21 days).
    - 2 month fix bonus (July & December)
    - BV :average 2.5-2.6 months ,depend on company& individual performance
