Assistant Sales ManagerID:261873,200 SGD ~ 3,500 SGDEast
-Develop and expand distribution in distributor accounts
-Analyze market trends and plan ahead product forecast for the region assigned
-Increase brand recognition to key accounts.
-Key point of contact for distributors to deliver agreed brand and financial objectives and build mutually profitable relationships with business partners
-Have a consistent, stringent approach, focused on building relationships with a long-term perspective
-Develop long term relationship to key customers in order to increase market shares
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree with at least 2 years relevant working experience.
-2 years sales experience ( preferably in manufacturing industry )
-Professional, self- motivated, focused and creative
-Innovative, integrity, interactive
-Proven track records driving sales, revenue growth and expanding new distribution channels.
-Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
-Experienced in building / architecture field preferred
-Ability to approach customers at all levels.
-Ability to meet the needs of multiple customers with diverse requirements in a dynamic environment.
-Independent and committed team player. Travelling is required.
-Simple shipping/ logistic knowledge will be an added advantage.
-Excellent communication skills at all levels, English and Chinese to liaise with native Chinese clients (compulsory)
-Start work – Immediate
8:30 ~ 17:30
-Bonus: depends on company sales & performance
-Transportation Allowance: S$250/month
-Annual leave: 10 days at first year, plus 1 day/year, Max: 14 days
-Medical leave: 14 days
