General Affair/Admin, Custmer Support/Service, Sales Coordinator
• Shipment handling, booking, documentation and data entry.
• Handling of shipping instructions, overseas agents and contractors.
• Coordinate with customers regarding shipments.
• Provide customer service and invoicing to customers.
• Ensure smooth flow of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Liaise with hauliers/freight forwarders on import/export shipments
• Handle any other ad-hoc / administrative duties
• At least Secondary “O”level , NITEC education level
• At least 1year working experience in the related field
• Good working attitude & willing to learn
• Able to commit OT as and when required
9am ~ 6.30pm
Monday ~ Friday: 9am - 6.30pm
AL(10 days), ML(14 days)
Medical Insurance (up to 750SGD/per a year)
