    Overview:
    (Summary of the role)

    The role requires both fundamental IT technical skills and basic business knowledge in financial domain and the ability to lead projects by mapping client requirements and actual system implementation

    Responsibilities:
    (Describe the important end results of the job, i.e., what has to be achieved and why. Start with the most important and number each one separately)

    • Implement critical systems for bank by building components and custom designs; application development; data migration; maintaining technical integrity and consistency; documenting system specifications
    • Lead project by understanding key client objectives; analysing and mapping client requirements; articulating solution risks and barriers; recommending project approaches; preparing time and cost estimates; planning full project life cycle
    • Validate system performance and quality by developing and conducting test scripts; completing bug fixes
    • Prepare client to use implemented system by developing and conducting training programs together with other teams
    • Manage customer relationship by communicating architecture standards and frameworks; answering questions; resolving concerns and issues

  • Requirement

    Requirements:
    (Indicate the qualifications, education, associated training, background knowledge, skills and attributes to perform the job competently)

    • Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience
    • At least 3 years relevant working experience including expertise in enterprise system integration skills
    • Knowledge of entire banking business domain, especially of trade finance and domestic/foreign remittance is preferred
    • Experience of work with financial institutions, especially of Japanese Oriented Banks is preferred
    • Experience in leading large group meetings/information gathering sessions and excellent written and oral communication skills

    9:00 ~ 18:00
