• Job Description

  Our Client is a Global Fashion brand and they are currently looking for an IT Manager. The incumbent shall demonstrate strong leadership and responsibility for IT project management, IT organization management, and IT solution development coupled with reasonable resource deployment. These IT activities are not limited in a specific scope, covering the whole area including Store, EC, SCM warehouse, and Corporate office areas.
  
  【 What you will be doing 】
  IT Department Management (50%)
  - Provide IT solutions and implement new business processes to drive impact for the regional business. This is to be done by analyzing and identifying business needs by collaborating with leadership, business team members, and the global IT team.
  - Be a problem solver and demonstrate a high level of analytical skills in order to identify problems in advance, foresee potential risks, and come up with solutions/recommendations.
  - Always think a few steps ahead, anticipating opportunities and Company’s needs.
  - Align with Management on expectations and strategy and propose the appropriate department KPI while providing reports to update progress.
  - Managing common resources like Budget and Vendor contracts from a strategic perspective
  
  Team Management (50%)
  - Build an effective team by hiring necessary talent, and designing the right organization based on NOW and the FUTURE.
  - Commit to the development of the IT team by ensuring regular touch points, career consultation, and provision of the right opportunities through transfers projects involvement.
  - Set high standards to oneself and the team, and boost team’s performance through daily challenges leading members to success.
  - Educate colleagues from other department on IT initiatives and basic knowledge to help them excel in their work.
