    Our client is a global MCG company for baby & maternity products. They are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager. You will be reporting to the Sales Manager for the domestic market.

    【What will you be working on】
    Responsibilities :
    - Responsible for leading the Singapore Domestic Marketing Department in the creation and execution of marketing plans that drive the achievement of the company’s business objectives, as part of an overall regional marketing strategy.
    - Support the Domestic Sales Department to achieve sales and profit objectives.
    - Support the Domestic Sales Department in the expansion of Online and Offline Business.


    ◎Marketing for Singapore Domestic Market

    - Develop marketing plans for products to suit Singapore's Domestic Markets, in relation to company business objectives, and sales and profit targets.
    - Work closely with the Group Marketing Department in new product development and provide support in other areas for product enhancement.
    - Collect and analyze industry, market, and competitive data to foresee impending market shifts between Online and Offline businesses. Using such data to improve product features for new and/or existing services to ensure market competitiveness and product relevance.
    - Monitor products’ life cycle to suggest to the Group Marketing Department for product upgrade or renewal.
    - Plan and execute marketing and promotional calendar with the Domestic Sales Department.
    - Work with the Domestic Sales Department to ensure good upkeep of stores and displays.


    ◎Advertising & Promotion
    - Plan, develop and execute ATL and BTL marketing activities to meet business objectives and sales and profit objectives.
    - Develop marketing and brand guidelines to uplift the brand image.
    - Manage and supervise in-house Design Team.
    - Work closely with the Digital Team to launch Digital Information/Content to continuously Engage, Communicate and Connect with our Customers and Consumers.
    - Negotiate with media owners for advertising contracts.
    - Develop product literature such as brochures, sales kits, internet websites, user guides, and promotion mailers to facilitate sales and customer education.
    - Develop and maintain a library of creative marketing materials to support Domestic Sales.

    ◎Hospital, Prenatal, and Postpartum Activities
    - Continuously support Hospital and Clinic activities to have good communication and connection with medical professionals and Staff.
    - Collaborate closely with hospitals and participate actively in tenders in government projects to increase our brand awareness and build a positive brand image.
    - To support prenatal and postpartum organizations with suitable products and activities to enhance our brand image.
    - To conduct Breastfeeding seminars and activities to reinstate our position as a Company that strongly supports Breastfeeding.


    ◎Public Relations
    -Support Regional Marketing Team in the development and execution of public relations strategy and events for the Domestic Market.
    - Collaborate closely with the media to maximize coverage through exciting and innovative public relations and paid publicity.
    - Manage sponsorships and partnerships proposals with corporate partners.
    - Plan and execute press events and conferences.


    ◎Budgeting
    - Plan, budget, and allocate funds for marketing programs and consolidate figures to determine annual advertising and promotion funds.
    - Keep strict control over cost through monthly review of advertising and promotion expenses with the Finance department.


    ◎Forecast
    - Work closely with the Sales Manager to determine the sales plan for marketing programs.
    - Work closely with the Sales Manager & Operations Department to ensure timely delivery of products to meet marketing programs and product launches.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【What they're looking for】
    - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    - At least 5 years of marketing experience in brand/product management, preferably from FMCG industry
    - Capable of analyzing past data on approximately 200 SKUs by category, company, store, and region, and formulating domestic marketing and sales strategies.
    - Strong analytical skills to help drive business and innovation plan forward
    - Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously under tight time constraints
    - Creative and strategic thinking
    - Proactive, high energy, collaborative and responsive team player
