  Our Client is involved with the maintenance and repair of vertical and horizontal transport. The role of a Renewal Design Officer is responsible for checking and reviewing the technical aspects of project design.
  
  You will be reporting to Renewal Design Manager.
  
  【 What you will be doing 】
  - Design, make, amend, update and issue drawings for elevator parts and installation drawings
  - Make, amend, issue and upkeep design documents (design information, delivery list, design standard, design change, etc.)
  - Carry out project design reviews to ensure customer specifications are met
  - Ensure that all safety aspects of design are reviewed and complied
  - Compliance to schedule and deadline for projects and works assigned
  - Computerization and documentation of the design process
  - Maintenance of computer programs
  - Carry out design improvement activity
  - Detail analysis of faults, trouble, defects and establish corrective and preventive action
  - Actively monitor and follow up on outstanding/pending issues' completion
  - Ad-hoc duties
